2 Stage - Vacuum Grinding
We carefully grind the concrete surface to remove imperfections, ensuring a smooth and even base. Our advanced vacuum system minimizes dust, keeping your space clean during the process.
Patching
Using industry-leading epoxy fillers, we repair cracks, pitting, and uneven areas to create a flawless foundation for your new floor.
Base Coat
Our premium 100% industrial developed epoxy coating is expertly applied to create a strong bond between the concrete and the final layers, enhancing durability and adhesion. (It takes 1 day to cure and provide proper adhesion)
A typical install takes 2 days.
This allows for proper curing for coating adhesion, done right the first time.
Colour, Design & Flake
Now the transformation begins! Our team applies your chosen colour scheme, decorative flakes, or custom designs to bring your vision to life.
Silica Sand for grip
For added safety, we incorporate our patented SureGrip silica sand into every floor unless requested otherwise. This ultra-fine sand is nearly invisible but provides superior traction.
Top Coat Sealing
To complete the process, we apply our proprietary Polyaspartic top coat, sealing in durability, UV and scratch protection, and a stunning finish that lasts.
